The quality of our packs

The mechanical work method used by our stacking robots leads to very stable and compact brick packs placed on sturdy pallets ready to be used in a specific paving machine. Depending on the paver format, a sheet of paper or foil is placed between every two to three layers of pavers to safeguard the stability of the pack. The packs do not contain any filler pavers.

3D stacking patterns

Vandersanden Clay Pavers has prepared 3D drawings of brick packs for mechanised processing that you can download from the company website. The drawings clearly show how the packages are stacked.
